We are not able to provide a "covid passport". The NHS appt (which is not managed by Penny Lane Surgery) shows proof of your vaccination status. If your covid-19 vaccinations are not showing on your NHS app or are incorrect, please contact 119 who can rectify your records. Penny Lane Surgery is unable to amend covid-19 vaccine records on the NHS app.
Patients are able to access a list of all immunisations given (including the Covid-19 vaccines) by signing up for a "patient online access" account. Please speak to reception for further information.
