Repeat prescription requests

It is practice policy that we must have 48 hours notice for repeat prescription requests. 
Patients should request scripts at least two working days in advance of when the medication is needed.

Ordering Medication:

There are a number of ways to order your medication (see below for further information);

1. Via this website by following the link below.

2. By signing up for an "online access" account which will also give you access to some of your medical records and allow you to book and cancel your routine appointments online.

3. The tick-slip

The computer-generated right-hand-side of the script can be used to order the prescription, the patient ticking the boxes of all the items required. If no boxes are ticked, the patient should be contacted to confirm which items are required, before the script is generated

4. Post

Patients can send a SAE with their prescription request and a printed prescription will be forwarded to them via post.

Telephone

Prescription requests will not be accepted over the telephone due to safety issues.
