We endeavour to provide and maintain a high standard of service at all times but if you should be unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact the practice to discuss your concerns further.
Our complaints procedure is drawn-up in accordance with NHS guidelines.
If you wish to raise a complaint then in the first instance please raise this with the Practice Manager who will then talk you through our complaints procedure. Alternatively, please complete the below complaints leaflet and hand it into reception.
Similarly, we are always interested to hear comments and suggestions on how to improve the service we provide.. You can feedback via a member of our team or put your thoughts in writing to;
