Friends and Family Test results January

• I was given an appointment at short notice through Patches. I was thoroughly checked, given good advice & told to return if things don't improve.
• The Doctor was extremely helpful and friendly. He suggested a solution and told me to come back in two weeks if I was still having problems. I therefore felt
  valued and supported.
• Thorough GP appointment. Already read some of background. Very pleasant and listened to what i had to say. Shout out to member of reception staff who
  went to comfort a distressed patient.
• Very professional and efficient. Explained all the vaccines my daughter was receiving and gave us helpful advice on what do to if she develops a
  temperature. It's never a nice appointment to have to go to but we felt very well looked after.
