• Efficient and felt at ease during appointment.
• Easy access to an appointment and a helpful and reassuring doctor.
• There was clear communication of how long is the waiting time, the clinic was recently refurbished so it looks bright, clean and spacious. There were clear explanations of next steps or answers to questions. It does feel organised overall.
