• Pharmacist telephoned on time, was polite, understanding and helpful.
• On time, knowledgeable and helpful professional.
• Appointment was on time. Practice nurse was polite and very professional.
• Reception staff were professional and welcoming. Practice nurse was welcoming, listened to my needs and administered treatment in a caring and
  professional manner. Practice presents a pleasant environment.
