• Appointment on time, nurse very efficient and friendly, answered all my questions and gave advice.
• Ease of getting appt , extra services (bloods etc ).Helpful. pleasant staff & great doctors. 
• Penny lane is and always has been a brilliant surgery
• Managed to get an appointment at short notice and almost to time and well managed.
• Dr was very kind and understanding. All Drs in the practice are like this. Always feel listened to and understood.
• The appointment was very formative. This helped in reducing the worry of my ongoing concerns.
