Friends and Family Test results September

• From calling the surgery this morning and speaking to a very friendly and helpful receptionist who booked me in for an appointment at lunchtime today.
• Seen the same day and thoroughly examined by the trainee doctor whom I couldn't fault.
• Everything went very well no waiting and the Doctor listened to my request and carried it out with no hassle.
• Very thorough, reassuring, helpful advice, tests ordered, I felt that I was really listened to and I was very impressed.
• The nurse was really attentive and friendly and took her time with the examination.
• Very helpful staff.
• Swift, effective, person centred service
