Pharmacists are experts in medicines who can help you with minor health concerns.
As qualified healthcare professionals, they can offer clinical advice and over-the-counter medicines for a range of minor illnesses, such as coughs, colds, sore throats, tummy trouble and aches and pains.
The new Pharmacy First service, allows you to be treated with antibiotics (if appropriate) for the following conditions;
- Ear Infections in children (Aged 1+)
- UTI (in women aged under 65)
- Insect bites
- Sinusitis
- Impetigo
- Shingles
- Sore throat (including tonsilitis)
